Designing a Model for Intelligent Service Supply Chain Based on Grounded Theory (Case Study: Omid Entrepreneurship Fund)

امروزه به دلیل شتاب روزافزون روند جهانی‌سازی در سراسر دنیا زنجیره تأمین ابعاد جدید به خود گرفته و بسیار پیچیده‌تر از قبل شده است. هوشمند باید طریق فناوری‌های مختلف بهخصوص اینترنت بتواند امکان تبادل اطلاعات سریع کل زنجیره را فراهم کند. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی بهمنظور ارائه مدل برای خدمات صندوق کارآفرینی امید صورت این روش داده‌بنیاد اشتراوس کوربین (1998)، استفاده تا اشباع نظری مصاحبه‌شوندگان پیش رفته جامعه آماری به‌صورت هدفمند خبرگان دانشگاهی مدیران انتخاب شدهاند. مجموع 14 مصاحبه عمقی نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. متن مصاحبه‌ها 1165 کد باز احصا درنهایت 38 مؤلفه اصلی شدند. کدگذاری نرم‌افزار Atlas TI نسخه 8 مؤلفه‌ها شناسایی مفهومی ترسیم مهم‌ترین مقوله‌های محوری شامل جریان هوشمند، منابع مالی فناوری اطلاعات، ارتباطات شفافیت، اشتراک‌گذاری نیروی انسانی متخصص مؤلفه‌های سایر عوامل ذیل دسته‌بندی سپس نتایج پیامدها حاصل اجرای زنجیره‌ی چهار سطح شرکت، مشتریان، دولت تقسیم‌بندی
